Phone Pics

Right after I took this picture of this sweet little girl, I noticed a not so sweet smell.. She had a blowout diaper in the car so she had to wear non-matching pants the rest of the day :)

We've been spending lots of time outside...

And some inside time in our jammies when the weather isn't so great

And Daddy's shoes are great for keeping her occupied while I finished getting dressed in the morning.

She loved this little table and chairs a the doctor's office.  We need to get her a set soon.

Climbing into the basket on top of the ottoman is a new thing.  Maybe we should thank Cici for Avery's love of sitting in baskets :)

I Love You a Latte

On the weekend mornings,  Adam and I always have a coffee cup in our hands.  Avery tries to grab them off the table so we finally just started to give her a cup of her own.  Now once she gets her cup she carries it over to the Keurig, we "brew" her a latte and she carries it around for the rest of the morning, sipping occasionally.   Cutie!

And yes.. she was sitting on the dog bed in one of the pics :)

Soaking it in

Avery has some water squirters that we play with in the bathtub.   I'll squirt the water on her and she will just laugh and laugh.   Once it runs out of water,  I squeeze it and hold it under water so it will fill back up. 

Tonight she was playing with the squirter and it ran out of water.  She squeezed it and held it under the water to refill it!  Every day I'm amazed at how much she is learning!

A Trifecta!

Even though Avery's first tooth waited until after her 1st birthday to appear (and yes, I was a little concerned!)  She now has 3! 

She has had 1 bottom tooth for a few weeks and has been working on 4 more for the past week and a half...rough times.  Two of the four broke the surface today!  She is now the proud owner of two bottom teeth and one top tooth.  I have no doubt two more will be shortly behind.  Maybe one of these days I can get a pic of them :)

I'm a Movie Star!

When I was little,  mom and dad used to tell me that I looked just like a movie star when I had on sunglasses.   I think Avery inherited it from me ;)
